| รายละเอียดงาน | ・Work closely with Sales, Production and Customer for new
product development and problem solving related to Company's product. ・Provide technical support for sales activities such as product qualifications and usage, customer trials or sample request. ・Quick respond to customers who have technical questions concerning Company's products. ・Analysis the root cause, find out the solutions and countermeasure for the problem of product quality to meet customer standard and requirement. ・Actively participate in customer complaint. ・Report feedback on results with analysis and recommendation to Supervisor. ・Lead, coach and develop the technical service teams to improve skills and competencies to perform their functions efficiently and effectiveness. |
| คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร | ・Male only, age between 28-35 years old.
・Bachelor degree or higher in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or related field. ・Have knowledge and skill in Polymer materials or Molding technology for plastics or mechanical engineering or automotive engineering or CAE. ・3-5 years experience in technical job. ・Strong leadership skill, interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure. ・Good command in English or Japanese is desirable. ・Have a driving's license and flexible for travel and visit customer. |
