รายละเอียดงาน | 1. To undertake overall responsibility for individual sector
CSO team. 2. To maintain constant personal contacts with key customers. 3. To control obsolescence of inventory including disposing of slow-moving stock. 4. To ensure accurate sales forecasting data from the customers to be used as basis for internal planning control and to update into the system. 5. To staff and develop the personnel in CSO Department. 6. To foster a spirit of unity and team building in CSO Department with the Sales and Marketing Department. 7. To recommend and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of effectiveness of the indoor sales team. 8. To ensure that the daily jobs and duties within the CSO office are carried out smoothly and completed in a timely manner with the Sales staff. 9. To prepare annual sales forecasts and budgets. 10. To co-ordinate closely with Sales Executives, sales coordinators, planning and engineering Dept. on clients’ requirements. Collates and provide 12 months rolling forecast to Planning Dept. for Material and Production Planning and to monitor variances between forecast and actual. 11. To ensure the timely submission of the sales forecast into the system and to sales staff 12. To monitor the sales performance of CSO on a regular basis. 13. To be responsible for subordinate staff’s job descriptions, appraisals and development. 14. To evaluate and control credit risks and stock obsolescence and assists in disposition of slow moving stock. To collect payments from assigned customers and secure customer credits information, and keeps the account & administration department informed of status. 15. To collect customers' supplier evaluation sheet and obtain customer satisfaction survey sheet responses for Marketing staff. 16. To make sure that all order cancellation from customer had been negotiated first and not forgotten to input into the system to get confirmation from the planning through the system. 17. To perform any other duties as assigned. |
