รายละเอียดงาน | • Understand Non functional requirement (NFR) of target
systems to consider how to adopt client's standard workflow to system maintenance and system operation. • Based on the NFR and client's standard workflow,Clarify the gap between them and create or adjust the work flow for incident management/Problem management/Change management/Release management based on the role & responsibility among IT related staff • Support client to plan and implement IT service management tool (Tool is under selection) and reflect their requirement for that (including the above workflow) |
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร | • More than 5 years’ experience in IT service management
field(System operation design) • Deep understanding about ITIL ver2011/ISO20000 • Hi level Documentation skill • Good at working with team • Keen to study new things • Work diligently and proactively • Polite/good attitude • Thai (Native level) and English (business level) • First tier University Degree < NICE to have> • Working experience for the first-tier IT consulting firm(s) • Overseas Study/Working experience • Domain knowledge of AUTOMOTIVE industry |
