Ensure that operator, environment, process and product safety aspects are considered. Encourage creativity in R&D team. Actively search for best-in-class technologies among competitors and develop innovation roadmap in accordance with customer demands and target costing. Develop employees assigned to department, ensuring the correct application of tools and policies on training, career path and evaluations an inputs to compensation systems. Sales Engineer Manage sales and marketing strategy at all existing customer accounts for rubber chemicals and polymer business to achieve sales target Developing his/her competency of technical knowledge of each responsible product to ensure smooth presentation can be delivered in front of customers Increase sales every year from existing product portfolio and seek an opportunity to grow by expanding today product portfolio to ensure sales budget achievement – at challenging level Perform related works as assigned |
| คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร | Bachelor’s degree in Science or Chemical Engineering
Minimum 3 years in R&D or Product Management at the tire related company. (Bridestone, Michelin, Good year etc.) Positive attitude, initiative and out of box thinking Dynamic in work and mature mindset Teamwork mindset – strong team player Proficient reporting skill and computer literate Good command of English, both written and spoken |
