รายละเอียดงาน | A.HR Policies and Practices
1.Ensure localised implementation of Group-wide HR practices, procedures and systems are aligned to the company’s strategic business plans and local legislative requirements, and take ARC HR practices towards professionalism 2.ARC Departmental budget preparation and control. B.Organisation Chart, Job Description & Employee Data 1.Lead team to ensure the latest records of ARC organization charts for overall and departments and JDs in digital copies and filing in employees P-files with any staff movements (such as new recruitment, job transfers, job promotions, job re- sizing and change of reporting officers). 2.Assist to update Group HR on updated ARC’s organization charts, employee contact data (for Group employee directory) and changes to staff JDs on a monthly basis. 3.Assist to co-develop with Group HR & maintain up-to-date competency and career pathway models for all job families and job specifications for ARC. C.Staff Recruitment & Exit 1.Coordinate HODs to submit annual manpower planning projections during budgeting exercise. 2.Work with Group HR to support recruitment (and corresponding processes and documentation) of senior positions (HOD and above) within ARC. 3.Lead team to support manpower requisition requirements with HODs for recruitment of junior level positions. 4.Lead team to support proper administration of exit processes and required documentation. D.Learning & Development 1.Coordinate 3-year Learning & Development Roadmap for employees in ARC. 2.Lead team to support the implementation of both group-wide and local L&D training programs including on-boarding of staff. E.Performance Management & Compensation and Benefit 1.Coach and train HODs and employees in effective performance management, in localized implementation of group-wide Performance Appraisal system & processes. 2.Co-design with Group HR effective reward and incentive systems for different levels and types employees, ensuring all are in line with legislative requirements and internal policies; and lead team to implement & administer these programs properly. 3.Support internal salary/external salary bench-marking and recommend salary/market adjustments for current employees. 4.Coordinate the annual performance management exercise for KPI setting, mid-year review and year-end review for all levels of employees. 5.Support performance ranking sessions with management for reviewing performance grades, annual increments, bonuses & promotions. 6.Oversee and ensure proper administration of local payroll, medical, insurance and employee taxation/social security matters by team. F.Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) 1.Participate in any enhancements or new implementations in various Human Resource Information Systems for local subsidiary implementation. 2.Lead team to manage the access security function of various Human Resource Information Systems, eg Payroll System, LMS etc. 3.Drive resolution of any outstanding production system errors logged by ARC staff with MIS & software vendor. G.HR Reporting/Analytics 1.Prepare monthly/ annual staffing and headcount reports for ARC for reporting to Group. 2.Assist in preparing any other HR reports and analytics required by Group/ARC management & Group HR. H.Others 1.Participate in other assignments assigned by ARC management & Group HR. 2.Assist to cover assigned duties of other HRA colleagues, when they are on leave. |
