• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization
plans and objectives; meeting with HR Manager to discuss needs.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community
services, colleges, recruitment agencies, media, and internet
sites; providing organization information and recruiting in each
project.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and
job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting
recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules between
candidates and managers.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant
qualifications with HR manager; interviewing applicants on
consistent set of qualifications.
• Accomplishes human resources related recruitment and organization
mission by completing results as needed.
• To arrange job fair in university or job exhibition and follow up
application form after finish.
• To do and submit monthly recruitment report to HR Manager.
• To do welfare coordinate meeting for Thai staffs
• General Human Resources such as prepare staff benefits, do social
security, time attendance of Thai staffs
• Any assignment from HR & GA Manager

General Affair

• Contact the rent building for any case such as staff’s car park,
electric systems, water supply etc.
• Emergency case stand by or announcement to Thai staff.
• Provide administrative support and coordinating with Thai staffs
• Any assignment from HR & GA Manager
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร • Thai nationality Male / Female
• Age not over 40 years
• Bachelor degree in related field (Human Resources Management will
be advantage)
• Graduated are welcome or experience 2 – 3 years in HR & GA job
• Able to communicate in Japanese language with Business level
• Good personality and service mind
• Knowledge of Application for Visa and Work permit
