manufacturing control system. ・Candidate will have basic skill about Winodws Server administration and basic English skill for problem solution. ・Candidate will be experienced in managing own team as team leader. |
| คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร | ・Provide Tier 1 support to customer's system operator, IT
section and production section. ・Collect the information and survay the cause of the problem to escalate to Tier 2 support via phone and email. ・Solve the problem by following advise of Tier 2 support. ・Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues. ・During problem escalation, act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 support. ・Report summary of caused problems and issues weekly and monthly. |
