assignment supporting to USG Boral engineering team. b) Establish standardization of gas station and burner burner system c) Develop Burner system standard manual for mainte maintenance and operation procedure including safety d) Train plant people in burner maintenance and safet safety e) Lead in tuning of burners/ Optimize the thermal effi efficiency and gas valve train f) Develop energy cost savings strategy via max maximizing dryer performance including equipment upg upgrades g) Review and implement burner upgrades to ensure en environmental compliance h) Develop database/profile of all our burners i) Develop Burner Management System (BMS) in line w with Standards for Safety and Regulatory Compliance |

Electrical engineering or Process engineering from Well-known university. b) Minimum 10 years of overall experience in related fields preferably in plasterboard or Thermal background. known university. b) Minimum 10 years of overall experience in re related fields preferably in plasterboard or Thermal background. • Minimum 3 years experienced in Thermal and B Burner management system. • Minimum 3 years in project development envi environment / process improvement. c) Experience in project management, burner man management and safety standard d) Experience in working with regard to in international standard and regulation. e) Good organizational skill, Problem solving s skill, Leadership skill and Team working skill. f) Common software skills: Excel, word, Autocad, MS MS Project. g) Fluent in English (Written, spoken): TOEIC more t than 700. |
