| รายละเอียดงาน | - Planning, organizing, leading and controlling production
within the responsible area and ensuring the achievement of all related targets. - Providing support and motivation, and creating a positive morale within the team and throughout all concerned parties. - Coordinating with supporting groups, supervising subordinates and making decisions to resolve basic front line problems. - Communicating with cross functions within the organization in order to provide and share production related information. - Coaching, training and developing subordinate competencies. Managing cost improvement plans and value stream analysis. - Providing on the job training to supervisors in relation to work instructions and new products. |
| คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร | - Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in supervisor or managing level. - Experience of 5 -7 years in the production of manufacturing. - Positive thinking, ability to work with cross functional teams, - good problem solving skills and coaching skills. - Computer literacy - MS Office, Project. - Good command of both written and spoken English |
