call/e-mail. - Logging and Tracking the details of customer r requests and problems as c cases. - Control, escalate and follow up customer cases in o order to comply with customer's Service Level A Agreement. - Participate and assist in driving the knowledge m management p process. - Responsible in own case, follow up status, p progress to user, and keep tracking until the incident w was c closed. - Support user requests that were defined in team scope of work, follwing service level a agreement. - Provide report to customer, supervisor and p project manager upon r requests. - Other assigned by supervisor and project manage. |
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร | - Thai, Male or Female Age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sacience, Information Technology, Mechanical E Engineering. - **At least 3 - 5 years experiences in IT support a and implementation or related field.** - Have good knowledge in Network (LAN/WAN) t troubleshooting/Operation System (Window Client/Server, L Linux, VMware) configuration and troubleshooting/Security s solution and appliance configuration and t troubleshooting/Internet services configuration and t troubleshooting. - Cisco and MS certified: CCNA, CCNP, MCP MCSE, M MCSA would be an advantage. |
