| รายละเอียดงาน | 1.Formulate maintenance plans and budgets in line with
given production requirements and ensure that maintenance capacity, qualification, equipment and labor are available and utilized in order to achieve the required performance. 2.Support the introduction of new products and complex machinery (high-automation) through fully understanding the new product and processes, developing knowledge and capability of operating new equipment to its optimum utilization and to develop maintenance plans that provide for the long-term efficiency of the equipment 3.TPM: develop PM-plans together with the equipment supplier and ensure the execution of the individual tasks (in both maintenance and production) to maximize the equipment availability 4.Increase and stabilize the technical equipment availability by a systematic analysis of downtime reasons and development/implementation of countermeasures (Corrective Actions) 5.Determine, implement and measure maintenance objectives, maintenance quality targets and standards including 5S according to company requirements 6.Communication with original equipment manufacturers, Suppliers and relevant departments of the Brose Group 7.Reporting of relevant KPI's in the necessary frequency within the Plant and relevant functions in the Group, including proper documentation and records of e.g. parameter or hardware changes 8.Provides guidance and training to the maintenance team 9.Establish a functional spare-parts-management (review the wear- and spare parts with the original equipment manufacturer, ensure the availability of the defined spare- parts, analyze and optimize consumption). 10.Coordination with external suppliers for maintenance specific topics. |

independently, analytical approach for trouble shooting; -Min 3 Years experience as Maintenance / Service Manager in automotive industry -In depth knowledge of technology used in highly automated processes (Assembly Lines, End of Line Tester), Welding (WIG/MIG/MAG Laser), PLC programming -Able to understand engineering drawings (electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, building) -PLC Programming -Basic standard tooling machine operation (Drill, milling, lathe, grinding etc.) and mechanical engineering -Basic knowledge in robot programming -Work independently, Target oriented, Leader, willing to provide supprt to the Team members after working hours or on weekends if needed; -Engineering and design of fixtures and tools used in production |
