รายละเอียดงาน | 1. Actualisation of production documents e.g. Work
plans, part status lists, layout, MTM-analysis, work station description and process parameter sheet. 2. Develops, evaluates, and continuously improves manufacturing methods and production processes. 3. Analyzes and plans space requirements and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. 4. Supports Industrial Engineering and Design staff from Development Headquarters to design safe, cost-efficent production processes. 5. Maintains PFMEA during series production and take part in solving of quality issues. 6. Coordinates change management and change implementation at production plant level 7. Calculates, monitors and improves cycle times of production processes using REFA/MTM. 8. Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential tasks that are for the benefit of the production plant operation. 9. Monitors and ensures the equipment availability by adjusting the line capacity to the required volumes. 10. Acts as deputy of the ARGUS team member in charge of emissions and water use. |
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร | REFA and/or MTM competences
Experience with an ERP system, preferably QAD Mathematical Skills Ability to work with mathematical concepts, fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. |
