รายละเอียดงาน	・Plan and organize production schedules ・Asses project and resources requirements ・Control management and production in Machine department ・Determine quality control standards machinery and oversee ・Production processes ・Estimate, negotiate and check budgets and timescales with clients and managers ・Re-negotiate timescales or schedules ・Select, order and purchase materials ・Organize, repair and routine maintenance of production equipment ・Liaison with buyers, marketing and sales staff ・Supervise the work of junior staff.
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร	・Thai Male, around age 45 ・Bachelor’s Degree of Electric, Mechanical Engineering or Related field ・At least 5 years experience in Production Environment. ・Expertise in Engineering Management. ・Strong management skills in problem-solving, Decision making, high leadership, and good analytical skills. ・Experience in Japanese Company will be a huge plus ・Good communication skill.
