| รายละเอียดงาน | ・Set up plastic injection molding machines from beginning
to end; includes material handling, correct watering, loading correct processes, as well as hookup and setup of hot runner systems. ・Analyze and trouble-shoot production machine-related problems, providing technical guidance and taking the appropriate corrective measures to minimize downtime and interruption of production schedules. ・Ensure that all safety procedures are being used such as lockout-tag out, hazardous materials, and all other applicable programs. ・Work from engineering drawings, parts and sketches to fix and or replace parts for production machinery, support equipment and anything else needed to produce quality molded parts on established cycle times. ・Complete and process changeover check sheets and other applicable paperwork. |
| คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร | ・3 years experience with injection molding machines
・Prior experience with the use and function of molding auxiliary equipment (grinder, dryer, blender, etc.) ・Prior experience working on/maintaining industrial production equipment such as hydraulics & pneumatics, electrical and mechanical systems ・Basic PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel ・Excellent problem solver with a strong work ethic and great attitude |
