รายละเอียดงาน	- Overseeing installation, maintenance and repairs of all production machinery. - Devising maintenance best practices, contributing to overall plant uptime and increased productivity. - Keeping accurate maintenance records and ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is up to date and available. - Coordinating with mechanical staff in the detection of all abnormalities, troubleshooting, and implementing appropriate corrective and preventive measures. - Conducting detailed analyses of problems, and providing management with full maintenance reports. - Implementing strategies for Total Preventive Maintenance. - Devising methods and processes to increase overall machinery capacity. - Conducting all maintenance activities in accordance with company health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร	- Thai nationality, Male, aged 45-50 years up. - Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Electrical , Electronics , Power electrical , Mechanical or related fields. - Good knowledge of Engineering Management. - Strong management skills, problem-solving. Decision making, high leadership, proactive and good analytical skills. - Good command of both spoken and written English and computer skills. - At least 10 – 15 years experience in Maintenance job , Production Environment and 5 years in Management Level. - Experience in Japanese Company will be advantage.
