a professional automotive R&D team leader to join
their team. The job is based in Bangphli, Thailand.

รายละเอียดงาน	-Controlling product development process a accordingly to develop flow. -Ability to assign suitable job to R&D team members. -Manage the responsible project to ensure s successful completion according to lead time. -Analyze the problem occurred, decide for the best s solution and give advice to team members for s successful completion of the project. -Coordinate with Japanese R&D team and production d division in Thailand and oversea. -Develop productivity and efficiency of team m members. -Communicate with top and managerial level to c convey organization policy and process to Thai e engineer staffs.
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร	-Thai Nationality Male / Female, Age: 27-31 year o old. -Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical E Engineering only. -Must have experience in R&D field more than 2 y years. -Automotive R&D experience will be advantage. -Basic knowledge of Japanese N5(up) will be a advantage . -Able to work under pressure. -Have a leadership.
