| รายละเอียดงาน | ・Mobilizing and driving project team to deliver IT or
Infrastructure projects according to agreed scope, time, and cost using Project Management standard and best practices. ・Develop project plan and work breakdown schedule, including resource assignment. ・Interface with other IT teams to challenge proposal/solution provided, and to ensure the solution provided match with project scope, cost, and time. ・Provide input for staff communications to promote the project and its activities. ・Support the drive of awareness, buy-in, and sense of ownership of quality mindset throughout the organization. ・Report project progress, risk, and issue to key stakeholders regularly, including recommendation. ・Manage expectations and influence team members, key stakeholders, and senior management to ensure decision making to solve an issue is on time and precise ・Provide comments, recommendations, and feedback to team members on their performance and behavior effecting project scope, time, cost, and teamwork. ・Mentor/support business users to understand and support improvements in order to achieve specified project objectives. |
| คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร | ・Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Studies,
Project Management, or related discipline. ・Minimum of 5 years’experience in ERP project management, experience in any industry. ・Strong presentation skill in Japanese in verbal and written executive level. ・Excellent in analytical and project implementation skill. |
