Coach team leaders and team members to achieve performance standards with regards to safety, equipment utilization and efficiency, and product quality. Lead shop floor continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities as a coach or mentor in the manufacturing process. Manage plant manufacturing assets, driving improvement in costs, quality and productivity while also ensuring plans are enacted for training employees at all times. Provide leadership for the successful day to day operation of the facility. Manage projects to achieve plans and targets within timeline. Budget Setting To response other assignments. |
