รายละเอียดงาน	- Manage, direct and control all production activities. - Responsible for production scheduling (Capacity and production planning). - Ensure finished products comply with the quality specification. - Ensure delivery according production plan and meet the objective of on time quality in full. - Monitor, evaluates and controls the capacity utilization. - Promote cost effectiveness and overall productivity and efficiencies of production lines to meet KPI. - Ensure all operationg expence are controlled within approved levels. - Initiate cost saving initiatives. - Works closely with Sales&Marketing team. - Ensure high service levels to customers. - Successors planning by conducting training needs analysis in technical, Leadership and management skill. - Faster team work share best practices among peers and subordinates. - Provide and communicate a clear objective to support high-quality manufacturing standard and sustainable profit growth. - Manage plant operations covering production (Coating and converting), maintenance&engineering functions to KPI in view of safety, operational expenses. - Productivity, quality and Accountable for safe and environmentally responsible plan operation. - Liaise with business unit managers to support business growth in view of service improvement and new product development. - Experience in production PCB A.
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร	- Thai nationally, Male, Aged 38-45 years old. - Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering or related fields. - Minimum 5 years of working experience in Production Management with PCB A. - Good command of English (Speaking, Reading and writing). - Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill. - Able to work under high pressure. - Strong project management ability&problem solving skills. - Resourceful with strong initiatives for cost improvement.
