| 仕事内容 | • Be responsible for all Japanese guests
• Make reservations for all requests such as restaurants, hotels and transportation • Prepare welcome letters, amenities for next day's arrival guests in advance • Handle guest’s complaints and follow up the cases. • Take care of all Japanese VIPs and prepare rooms and amenities prior to guest’s arrival (room inspections) • Handle all group check-in and check-out. • Check all guests’ arrival 3 days in advance and assign room according to their preferences. • Answering guest’s enquiries by e-mails and phone calls |
| 応募条件 | - Japanese nationality
- Male / Female (age: 25-40) - Vocational Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or related fields - Able to live-in the Hotel (in the Bangkok) - Self-motivated and service mind - Be flexible for working time and able to change shift. - Good English communication skills both in writing and speaking - Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills - Computer literacy - Good customer relations skill - Having experience in hospitality field will be an advantage |
