| 仕事内容 | Division: Marketing Research
Position Summary Handling research projects assigned by Senior Research Manager as a project leader in order to ensure if all of projects are proceeding as planned. Position Responsibilities 1. Support sales and Thai researchers to communicate directly with Japanese customers in the aspect of market research and Japanese language respectively 2. Design all processes of both quantitative and qualitative market research, and develop proposals to be submitted to clients 3. Prepare research materials such as questionnaires, data entry sheets, report templates and so forth 4. Undertake administrative tasks such as preparing vendor agreements and issuing required documents for payment during the market research process 5. Conduct both qualitative and quantitative market research and develop reports with analysis in English and/or Japanese 6. Coordinate research projects with vendors as well as customers 7. Prepare and make presentations for clients in English or Japanese Position Specifications • Supervision Required, - Project management to ensure the functionality and resolve issues occurred during the research process promptly - Innovative ideas and methods for research analysis when developing reports • Internal & External contacts, [External: 70%] - 40% with clients; to get and clarify research requirements, design and develop research materials and submit quotations before projects start, update work process, receive inquires and resolve issues, submit cleaned raw data and reports - 30% with vendors; to get quotations and make kick-off meetings before projects start, exchange inquires, receive updates of work process, control quality, and receive or submit data and/or reports [Internal: 30%] - 15% with Business Development; to have meetings with clients together and request developing quotations and service agreements for clients - 5% with Administration/Accounting; to get a verification for vendor agreements and submit documents for payment - 5% with IT; to request solving problems on applications and so forth - 5% with a Japanese translator; to request Japanese- English translations for reports • Responsibility for work of others, - Support other researchers to conduct market research in the aspect of Japanese language as well as develop reports in both English and Japanese Required knowledge, skills training and experience of the position: 1. Knowledge about market research as well as marketing 2. Language skill (English and Japanese) 3. Interviewing skill 4. Skills in using SPSS application and other related PC applications |
