Sales and Marketing Manager
• Brand building and exceeding sales
targets
• Support the Country office to explore new
revenue streams, improve margin and support
services enhancement
• Oversee commercial performance by
achieving country-specific sales revenue and
profit targets
• Uncover customer’s needs and understand
customers’ shipping profiles
• Manage current customers and develop new
customers so as to support market development
• Align sales and marketing strategies with
Group and Regional office by fine tuning,
formulate and implement sales and marketing
programs to address local-specific requirements
• Build and Develop high-performing sales
and marketing team
• Oversee and implement pricing policy,
discount approval authority and timely
maintenance rate setting
• Work closely with Regional office to
formulate local-specific or implement Regional
office-led sales and marketing programs
