รายละเอียดงาน	Cost control analysis and cost reduction Product development and the production process more efficient Plan & manage the engineering activities base on market/ customer needs, profitability, technical difficulty & company trend Determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, customer needs for new or existing products R&D and new product development This position is head of the department that designs and manufactures machinery and equipment such as conveyors and automation. There are engineers and purchasing etc. who have worked for many years as subordinates, so the technical part may not have high special ability. Ability to think and implement proposals to improve profitability is necessary. There is a tendency that our sales department does not want to sell the product of the department due to the current high estimate and weak schedule management. It is also necessary to able to think marketing concept of how to sell the product. Managerial ability is also required.
